Join us for the First Saturday Devotion on February 4. We meet at the Tabernacle after the 8:30 am Daily Mass for the rosary and meditation.
This devotion consists of attending Mass, receiving Holy Communion, going to Confession, praying the rosary, and meditating on the mysteries of the rosary for at least 15 minutes on each first Saturday for five consecutive months with the intention of making reparation for blasphemies committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is offered during the 12:00 pm Mass on the first Friday of the month. All who are sick or suffering are invited to receive the anointing. The Sacrament is also administered on the 7:30 pm First Friday Mass in Portuguese and Spanish, or by appointment with a priest at any time
St. Blaise is given special recognition not only with a feast day on February 3, but with a unique ceremony that parallels the practice of anointing the sick. This year, we will have a general blessing of the throat at all daily Masses on Friday, February 3.
The Artsy Market Spring Art and Gift Show is back! At the market, you can shop for and find great unique gifts. It’s a wonderful time to shop for Easter, First Communion, Mother’s Day, and Graduation. The dates are Thursday, March 23 and Friday, March 24 in the Ministry Hall.

Candlemas or the Presentation of the Lord is celebrated on February 2. Please bring your candles that you use for devotional purposes, (such as candles for the family altar, home Masses, a sick visit, Advent candles, or for prayers during storms and times of trouble) to our Daily Masses on Thursday, February 2 for a special blessing.
The Archdiocese of Atlanta would like to honor couples married in 1973 and 1963 with an invitation to a Golden/Diamond Wedding Anniversary Mass on Saturday April 1, at 12:00 pm, at Saint Brigid Catholic Church. A light reception will follow the Mass for the anniversary couples and their families. Space is limited. Pax Christi Saint Jude (PCSJ) is part of the growing grassroots network of Pax Christi USA by which local groups work to promote the gospel message of non-violence. We meet monthly on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm in room 229 of the Ministry Building. This month we are meeting on the second Wednesday because of All Souls Day. All are invited.
Join us Saturday, February 11 to renew your wedding vows and enjoy an evening out with drinks and dinner catered by Maggiano’s Little Italy. Dale Brewer, a licensed professional counselor at Holy Family Counseling Center, will offer his approach on how to cultivate love, nurture vulnerability, and forge lasting support in a relationship – a Catholic perspective to help couples realize that Christ has a desire for us to have a deeper, more fulfilling relationship than what we believe is possible. Cost – $60/couple.

VBS returns the week of June 12-16 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm for kids age 5 (by 6/13/23) to rising 5th grade. Your child will enjoy faith-based lessons, music, games, crafts, fun activities, and more. The cost per child is $60 with a family maximum of $180. Our co-leaders are working hard to put together a fun and educational week but we will need adult and teen volunteers to help with a variety of activities. Our nursery will be available for parent volunteers with children age 4 and younger. Registration is now open.
