Support Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids

Since 2017, our Knights of Columbus Council 16513 has partnered each fall with the Community Assistance Center (CAC) and St. Vincent de Paul to purchase and
distribute new winter coats to children, from newborns to 18-year-olds, in the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody areas.

There is a $50.00 application fee PER CHILD. Once you click submit at the end of this form, our preschool will send you a link from Procare to enter your payment method for the application fee. Upon acceptance into Saint Jude the Apostle Preschool, there is an additional $150 enrollment fee per child (or $200 family maximum.)

All Fees are non-refundable. Tuition is paid in 10 equal installments. The first tuition installment is due in May with the final installment due in February.

As a small private preschool, our resources are limited. We do not employ any special education teachers on staff and cannot make any guarantee about our ability to provide an adequate and appropriate educational setting for a child with special needs. We will make an effort to accommodate a child’s special needs, however, when a child’s special needs interfere with our ability to provide the program described in our parent handbook, we will attempt to assist the family with locating a suitable alternative program for the child.

Exempt from state licensing status. Saint Jude the Apostle Preschool is not required to be licensed from Bright from the Start and we have been granted exemption from licensing. The Saint Jude the Apostle Preschool is under the supervision of the Archdiocese of Atlanta Office of Catholic Schools. Saint Jude the Apostle Preschool receives at least two quality assurance visits per year and operates under the Guidelines for Parish Early Childhood Programs.

I also agree that I am legally responsible for all/any personal actions taken by my child/guardianship during this event, and agree to be financially responsible for any/all damages, legal fees, and other costs incurred as a result of the actions/behavior of my child/guardianship. Furthermore, I/we agree that if the above named student’s behavior is inappropriate, unsafe and/or detrimental to the group, I will be contacted immediately to secure means of removing my child/guardianship from the event premises. I understand that any financial costs incurred as a result of my child/guardianship being sent home are my responsibility.

The minimum amount is $75.00 per candidate. All requests for reduced program fees are reviewed by the Pastor and Director of Religious Education at Saint Jude.
