Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, Sandy Springs, Georgia seeks a part-time Communications Assistant. This position assists our Director of Communications with promoting parish meetings, events, and liturgies across all parish communication channels some of which include: the Sunday bulletin, parish website, email software platform, and livestreams via our YouTube channel. A qualified candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, be creative, have some knowledge or experience in graphic design, be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, have the desire to use technology, learn new software, and be a team player. The position is 20 hrs. per week. PRESCHOOL TEACHERS & ASSISTANTS (2, 3, and 5 day positions)

Saint Jude the Apostle Parish Preschool in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking part-time teachers to begin in August 2023. Lead teachers, assistants, and substitute positions are available. Some positions are only a few mornings a week. We have a joy-filled and positive work environment! Qualified candidates should love children and be enthusiastic about helping children grow and learn in a Catholic environment. A degree in education is not required, but

Saint Jude the Apostle Preschool in Sandy Springs, Georgia seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to the Preschool Director. The Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the Director and the preschool staff in varied administrative needs, some of which include phone reception, email correspondence, registrations and data entry, attendance records, calendaring, classroom supply tracking, room reservations, and special event management. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. The position requires a friendly and cheerful disposition with preschool-aged children along with strong communication and customer service skills. The position is 25 hours a week; 10 months a year. Qualified applicants will have 3-5 years of experience providing administrative support. Do you enjoy working with young children? Our parish nursery is looking to hire those who enjoy caring for God’s youngest angels, ages 4 months to 5 years old. There are opportunities to work Sunday mornings and occasionally other weekday or evening times.
