During Respect Life Month in October, we will remember and pray for families who have experienced the loss of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or other circumstances. Please consider joining us for Mass on October 22 at noon. Parents, grandparents, siblings, and all who grieve the death of a child are warmly invited. Following Mass, we will gather on the church plaza for a butterfly release in loving remembrance of the children who remain forever in our hearts. Prayer for Loss of Pregnancy and Infant Loss
Lord God, ever caring and gentle, we commit to your love this little one, quickened to life for so short a time. Enfold him/her in eternal life. We pray for his/her parents who are saddened by the loss of their child. Give them courage and help them in their pain and grief. May they all meet one day in the joy and peace of your kingdom. We ask this through Christ our Lord.
