We are grateful to be open for our ministries to gather! As there can be multiple requests for the same room and time, please request your approval for your group’s room reservation, solicitation, or event well in advance of your preferred date. The form below is required for the following circumstances:
- Your ministry needs a room on-campus to hold a meeting.
- Your ministry or group would like to request tables or space outside after Masses for promotions, fundraising, or awareness purposes.
- To request a pulpit speaker for your ministry or group.
- To request approval for a ministry event – on or off-campus.
- To request support for a charity.
This form should be completed by a board member of the ministry or organization requesting the solicitation or event. Completion of this form is not approval – it is a request to the Pastor detailing the purpose of your proposed activity.
Please submit this form online as early as you can. In the event of multiple requests for the same date, ministries or organizations may be requested to reschedule the solicitation or event.
