Walking with Moms in Need

Rosary and Gift Wrapping

Join us to pray for the moms we have encountered this year with our ministry. We are fortunate to support families in need this Christmas season. Join us after the rosary for fellowship, refreshments and an opportunity to wrap gifts! Let us know if you can join us! You are also invited to stay after to help deliver the gifts around 12:00 pm. Walking With Moms in Need (WWMIN) is a service ministry in which Catholic parishes assist and support local pregnant and parenting women in need. It is a nationwide effort inspired by St. John Paul II’s call to assess our efforts in building a culture of life.

Some ways to get involved:

Donate clothing and gently used baby items
Provide occasional meals or food cards
Host a baby shower

- Provide mentorship and fellowship through the care team role
- Make, take, or send a meal to a mom during pregnancy or after the baby is born
- Assistance with hosting a baby shower at Saint Jude
- Collect donated clothing and gently used baby items
- Become a transitional housing expert to help moms with applications to IOH, Drake House, and other transitional housing options
- Help bring Christmas to our moms through our WWMIN Christmas program
