Join us for a special Advent Parish Mission with Sister Pat!
Explore prayerful practices and travel with mentor-companions, like Mary or Joseph, to combat fear and celebrate freedom. With Sister Pat McCormack, IHM, we will invite the Word of Life and the Bread of Life to feed the hunger of our hearts.
Monday: November 18 – Prayer Practices for All Seasons, Part 1: Feed on the Word of Life. Prayer happens when personal life experience meets the Word of God – and relates! Participants will explore seven Gospel-prayer techniques that combat fear and lead to freedom.
Tuesday, November 19 –Prayer Practices for All Seasons, Part 2: Feed on the Bread of Life. Eucharist is food for the journey during all seasons – in times of feast and particularly in times of fear, famine, or failure. Join us to reflect on ten Eucharistic devotions guaranteed to feed a hungry heart, including ways to more fully appreciate and participate in the Mass.
