- If your child is in his/her second year of religious education for 2024-2025 (Parish School of Religion OR Catholic school) please continue. If not, please contact Julia Acosta to register for our Parish School of Religion.
- If your child was not baptized at Saint Jude, please request a copy of his/her Baptismal Certificate from the parish of record. You can upload it while filling out your registration form or by clicking here.
